- 4mm x55mm Aluminum oxide abrasive nylon filaments & 6mm Stainless steel Shank

End brushes filled with abrasive wire are mainly used for deburring and polishing the surface or the gap of metal parts, grooves, the bottom of hole, as well as other cleaning and polishing operations in industrial environment. 
These brushes can be directly installed on portable power tools or CNC machining centers.

Abrasive filaments are available in silicon carbide, aluminum oxide, ceramics or diamond.
Standard abrasive grit includes 60, 80, 120, 180, 240, 360 and so on. 
Brush part diameter and length, shank diameter and length can be custom made as your requirement.
