Stainless Steel Wire End Brush with Long Steel Shank
End Brushes for polishing and deburring


Steel shank end brushes filled with stainless steel wire are mainly used for deburring and polishing the surface or the gap of metal parts, grooves, the bottom of holes, as well as other cleaning purpose in industrial environment.
 
Brush filaments can be available in stainless steel wire, steel wire, brass, bronze, abrasive nylon, pig bristle and horse hair.  Filament size can be 0.05mm, 0.08mm, 0.10mm, 0.15mm, 0.20mm, 0.30mm, 0.40mm, 0.50mm, 0.60mm or thicker.

Steel shank can be directly installed on power tools or CNC machine centers. The diameter and length of shank, brush length and brush diameter can be custom made based on your application.
