Single Spiral Abrasive Wire Tube Brushes
Abrasive nylon tube brushes filled with silicon carbide or aluminum oxide are mainly used for light or medium polishing and deburring on tubes, bores, pipes or cylinders.
Twisted steel wire can be mounted on power tools or CNC machining center.
Brush filaments are available in silicon carbide, aluminum oxide or ceramic.
Regular abrasive grits varied from 120, 180, 240, 360. Other grits such as 80, 500, 600, 800 or 1000 can be custom made.
Brush construction : single stem - single spiral.
Other brush construction such as double stem double spiral can also be available.
