Double Stem Double Spiral Abrasive Wire Tube Brushes
Double stem double spiral abrasive nylon tube brushes filled with silicon carbide or aluminum oxide are mainly used for heavy duty polishing and deburring on tubes, bores, pipes or cylinders. Strong twisted steel wire can be mounted on power tools or CNC machining center.
Brush filaments are available in silicon carbide, aluminum oxide or ceramic. Regular abrasive grits include 120, 180, 240, 320. Other non-standard grits such as 60, 80, 500, 600 can be custom made according to your application. Brush construction : double stem - double spiral. Other brush construction such as single stem single spiral can also be available.
